All fees are to be paid at the IDBI Bank Counter at Uma Complex, Frazer Road, on all working days from 1st to 15th of every month from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.
A Fee Book is supplied free of cost at the beginning of the academic year. It is to be kept carefully. If it is lost during the course of the year a duplicate fee book will be issued by the account office on payment of Rs.50/- only
Fees payable have been printed on the fee book. No erasures or corrections may be made without the endorsement of the authorized signatories.
Every Quarterly instalment is to be paid latest by the 15th of the first month of that Quarter. If the fees are not paid by the last date prescribed, the same is to be paid by the 15th of the next month with a late fee of Rs.50/-.
A student's name is liable to be struck off the school rolls if his/her dues remain unpaid for more than 30 days after the due date of payment. Names of such defaulters may be struck off the school rolls unless the operation of this rule is waived by the appropriate authority in very exceptional cases.
All dues must be paid up before each terminal exam irrespective of the due date. Students whose fees are overdue may be barred from sitting for exams and their names struck off from the rolls. Readmission will be done only after the previous dues are cleared and readmission fees paid afresh.
No student will be allowed to return to the school until outstanding fee dues of the previous term have been settled in full.
Students are liable to be charged full fee as long as their names are officially on the rolls.
A month's (i.e., 30 days) notice is required before the withdrawal of a student from school, in lieu of which a month's fees will be charged. Transfer Certificate will be given on a payment of Rs.200/-.
No Transfer Certificate will be issued until and unless all financial obligations to the school are paid in full.
Standard X & XII students must pay all the fees for the academic year (up to March) by 15th of December irrespective of the due date.
