Description: Our school organized an Orientation programme for the Parents of newly admitted
LKG students on 22 nd of March, 2024. The programme was conducted in Xavier
Hall. The programme began with the lighting of the lamp ceremony. After that,
prayer song was song by the teachers of KidZone.
Father Rector Daniel Raj, S.J. welcomed the parents and children and gave a short
speech about the Jesuit Society. Further, he discussed about the growth of school.
Introduction of the teachers was done by Father Principal K.P. Domichan, S.J. He
made the parents aware of the academic aspects, the rules and regulations of the
institute and ensuring parental participation in monitoring the performance and
progress of students.
Then the parents were addressed by the coordinator Mrs. Shivani Bhaskar who
welcomed the parents and gave them an introduction regarding academic
disciplines. Further, she also spoke in detail about different ways of nurturing a
child with love and care to build a strong foundation for a glorious future. She also
discussed about the important activities going to be conducted in the upcoming session.
Fr. Vice-Principal Junas Kujur, S.J. ended the programme with the vote of thanks.
The purpose of kindergarten orientation was to upgrade the knowledge of parents
and the programme proved to be a sincere effort made by the school in educating
the parents to look after and guide their children in a proper manner.
